Normally orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment.  If stock is not available, we will contact you with that information and ask the customer about the additional options.

All shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  We do not ship products from SkaterBros.com via any other method.

We will do our best to ship express orders the same business day the order is placed, but the order may not ship until the next business day depending on the time the order is placed.  Your order must be placed by 1:00pm Eastern Time to be eligible for same day shipping.  If placed after that time, it will ship the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTES: If you need a faster service than Basic Ground to U.S. destinations, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 day, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Std Overnight.

UPS Ground Rates - Rates apply as shown at checkout for all orders.

Here's the shipping times for the various Express shipping methods:

UPS Ground - Arrives about 3 business days after the day it ships out.  Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Thursday.  Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday and so forth.

2nd Day Air - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.  Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday.  Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday and so forth.

Std Overnight - Arrives by 3:00pm on the next business day after the day it ships out.  Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday.  Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday and so forth.  If you need delivery by 10:00 am or Saturday delivery, choose Next Day Air Saver, and then let us know your request by using the "Special Instructions" section on the checkout page.  UPS does offer these services, but the cost will be more and we will bill you the additional amount to your credit card.

If your order is not correct when you receive it or not what you order please call us at 888-57-SKATE  so we may correct the error.
If it was a skaterbros mistake, we will fix it at our expense and there will be no charge to you.

All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging.
All skates/packages that required mounting are subject to a 10% restocking fee for exchange or return.
Please contact us within 45 days after the receipt of the item for a return or exchange.
Special or Custom orders and Clearance, Sale, Close-out items can not be returned for store credit,
but we will try assist you with an exchange if at all possible.
